How can you update the information you’ve provided us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Shipping
Shipping is 100% free for UK customers. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class or DHL.
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) please email us indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Postage charges for returning goods are your responsibility, we strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us. For your records, please retain your shipping documentation and tracking number until the refund or exchange is complete.
Any returned items must be sent back in their original condition, unused and with their original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
Goods may be taken out of the packaging to assess fit or suitability, but the packaging must not be thrown away as it will need to be returned with your goods for them to be eligible for exchange.
Any goods that have been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original form of tender.
None of the above terms or conditions affects your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Taxes & Duties
Customers will be charged VAT at 20% which is included in the price at checkout.
