HOW TO MAKE BEST USE THE REHABILITATION EXERCISES AND DRILLS BELOW

In all the rehabilitation and exercise drills below, you can use the resistance levels you feel comfortable with. You can use the one resistance or increase by choosing a more resistant color, or use more than one band, its totally up to you, DEPENDING ON YOUR CONDITION. Its your body listen to it! If you feel any pain stop, resist the urge to use a resistance level you are uncomfortable with, build up to it.
